Delivery on all bifold doors, sliding doors and French doors is FREE - there’s nothing else to pay for!
Delivery charges apply to single leaf doors and accessories if ordered separately. Our charges are as follows:
First item: £30
Each item thereafter: £12 per additional item
Maximum delivery cost: £66
We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes within 3-7 working days. Our delivery team will be in touch with you as we process your order to book a suitable delivery date. You will need to sign for your new doors on delivery and take delivery of the goods in person to confirm they have been safely received.
Deliveries can be made any time between 07:00 and 18.00 Mon - Fri.
If you’re not available to receive your doors on the agreed day, they will be returned to our premises. In this case, there would be an additional charge for redelivery.
Your agreed delivery date can be changed if you contact us before the goods have left our premises. If you request a change in the delivery day after your doors have left us, there will be a rescheduling charge.
All deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. On arrival, please check that there is no obvious damage to the goods or packaging. If your doors appear to have been damaged in transit, it’s important to follow the right procedure to resolve any issues.
If any of the goods are clearly damaged, please refuse the delivery of those items, and add a note to the drivers delivery note, when you sign for the rest of the delivery. Give our customer services team a call on 0203 846 0345 to inform us as soon as possible.
If the packaging is damaged, please accept the goods but mark the delivery note with ‘damaged’. Unpack your doors as soon as possible and check for any faults, defects or missing parts. Inform us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot accept claims for damage or scratched glass after 48 hours following delivery or after the installation has begun.
We recommend that you book fitters after your doors have been received and checked.
We don’t offer an off shore delivery service as standard.
