While it’s similar in style to an external door frame, this design is tailored for internal use, so instead of a traditional external cill, it is supplied with a threshold instead.

Manufactured from engineered unfinished meranti hardwood, this frame offers excellent strength and stability while allowing you to finish it on site to suit your project. The engineered construction helps provide greater consistency and resistance to movement than non-engineered timber, making it a reliable option for busy residential environments.

The frame is supplied flat-packed for easier transport and handling, with pre-machined mortise and tenon joints to help simplify assembly on site. It features an 80 x 45mm section size with a 13mm rebate, along with an 80 x 20mm hardwood threshold.
