"The door came without hinges, without handles, without any instructions, just 5 boards as a frame and 4 panels, and the description says a complete set"

After an initial failed

"After an initial failed delivery due to admin errors the second delivery arrived one week later, this was the quickest they could get it to us. It arrived damaged and the door frame was also missing because it had been damaged in the warehouse but no one had thought to inform us. Once again the quickest a replacement could be sent was seven days later. So we will have waited two weeks since the initial failed delivery. Their name is Express Doors but this is a joke. Who knows what will be delive"

Ther issue that prompted

"Ther issue that prompted a one star rating (it would have been zero stars, but Trustpilot doesn’t have an option to rate this low) is that the product we were delivered bore very little resemblance to the representation of it on the website. The attached photographs shows the back side of the room divider. Compare this to the representation on the website - it looks completely different. This is at best an omission and at worse misrepresentation. We would never have purchased it if the pictures"

Happy with them look

"Happy with them look good and they are quality. Only one thing. On the site the pic shows they are flat and flush, however one side is flat and the other has a wooden frame which squares the glass, they look good though"
