Reviews

Fabulous 👌

"We ordered 9 doors from Vibrant, 4 different designs. Whilst they looked good on the website, they were even better when we received them. The doors are solidly produced, of outstanding quality and fantastic value. Our builders were full of praise too, saying that these were some of the best doors they'd ever seen, and fitted. Add to this the fabulous customer service and updates throughout, we can absolutely recommend Vibrant Doors. A number of friends and family have taken that recommendation already and are looking at placing their own orders too"

Oak doors

"Overall I’m happy with my purchase although 3rd door was slightly different colour. This could be due to delivery problems with courier. Climadoor acted on my behalf regarding delivery so all good in the end"

Very Disappointing Experience

"Very Disappointing Experience I am disappointed with both the quality of the doors supplied and the level of customer service I have received. The doors arrived damaged, and I reported the issue promptly to the supplier. Since then, I have experienced significant difficulties obtaining a resolution. A number of my emails have gone unanswered, and the matter remains unresolved despite my attempts to engage with the company. I was also concerned by the company's reliance on its terms and conditions when responding to my complaint, as I had expected greater consideration of my consumer rights and the circumstances surrounding the damaged goods. The lack of timely communication and progress towards a resolution has been frustrating and has left me feeling let down as a customer. To give the supplier every opportunity to resolve the matter, I have provided a deadline of 1 July 2026 for the issue to be rectified. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached by that date, I intend to continue my escalation with my credit card provider as advised by my credit card companies disputes team and explore any other options available to me. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage prospective customers to undertake their own research, carefully review recent customer feedback, and consider using a payment method that offers buyer protection."
