Mexicano Doors

"I recently purchased 10 Mexicano Doors and the quality of them is fantastic. They look great and I’m very happy with my purchase. They were reduced when I bought them which made the purchase price even better. I would definitely recommend these doors."

Doors are great but customer service is poor.

"The doors look great and my joiner said they’re of good quality. The issue I have with this company is their customer service skills; I wanted to order 15 doors and needed them on a specific date which was at the end of the lead time they specify on their website, I didn’t want them any sooner hence why I called them, they firstly do not do orders over the phone, you have to and can only place your order online, I was then told that after placed my order online, I will get a phone call within 24 hours to arrange the appointment, which is when I could specify when the doors could be delivered. After placing my online I receive no phone call for two days, so I called them and was told somebody’s looking into it and they were call me back after four days. I finally got an email from the delivery company saying the delivery would be on the 8th working day, 12 days after my order, which was after the 5-7 working days they say on their website, phoned them and they said that that was all they could do as the delivery was out of their hands. I had to reschedule my joiner which thankfully he accommodated me by shuffling some jobs around. So the customer service is lacking in this company."

Lovely Mexicano Oak doors

"Very pleased with the price, quality, natural oak prefinished, & stylishness of these doors. Very heavy so require 3 hinges. Ordering easy, delivery good & when requested to suit."

Great doors, great delivery

"Good looking doors at a good price. Delivered on time and with care - increasingly rare these days unfortunately. Free handles were a nice bonus"

lovely doors free handles are terrible

"love the doors, hinges are quite small and fre handles twist in the door and don't seem to work right. not all of them stick. annoying. doors easy to plane and drill but very very heavy to carry upstairs alone. look stunning."

Great doors, Great service, good value.

"Veryimpressed , very solid and quite heavy doors. The Oak is good, thepower tools had to work hard in the fitting process . The dimensional accuracy was excellent as was the overall finish. Looked great once fitted."

Great Door

"The only negative with this door is the amount of time it took for it to be delivered! Once it was in the UK the delivery service was excellent, keeping me posted as much as could be reasonably expected but the pre-delivery was poor, called and emailed for updates and received no replies . Eventually spoke to people in sales who advised me why it was delayed so much. We ordered 9 other doors and these where dispatched quickly. I would use this company again but only if the products where in stock."
