Great item but difficult company

"We are pleased with these doors but the company we found stressful to liaise with. Firstly they couldn't uphold the lead times advertised on the site and rather than 5 days for delivery it ended up being 3 weeks. Turns out they know this is an issue but they continue to offer 5 days. Then they have an annoying system with their courier whereby you have to separately confirm your delivery details - and they don’t tell you this when speaking with them. If you assume one message will travel from company to courier you’re wrong. Finally they were really unhelpful to the point of rude on the phone when we realised all this. Delays to deliveries might sound small but when it entails getting builders back on site to fit doors it carries a significant cost."

4 panel oak veneer FD 30 doors

"The price was awesome. Delivery was awesome, but you have to look very closely over the doors and you’ll see where the manufacturer has used white / cream wax to fill in defects. When you oil them, they highlight like mad. Also I was missing 2mm of the lipping across the 762. So the doors come to me at 760mm which was pretty annoying considering I was working with Old frames. Also, the standard 4p oak doors have a different veneer finish to the FD doors, just a heads up for you. Would I buy again yes."

Door is lovely quality, arrived in perfect condition (so many other companies had similar doors stating bowing) and the driver was so friendly and helpful.
